Dr. Ingrid L. Neufeld graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic, located in St. Louis Missouri, in 1997. She returned to Canada and began practicing in the Vancouver area in 1998. In 2006 to broaden her life and practice experience she moved to the Netherlands, where she became fluent in dutch and practiced for a couple of years. The Rugkliniek in Heerlen, NL is very well known and respected in the Netherlands and nearby Belgium and Germany. The practice is very busy with families, expectant mothers and children/babies. After two years Dr Neufeld continued her journey; which led her to East Africa. Here she was able to offer her unique skills as a Chiropractor to the villagers of Jambiani, Zanzibar for several months as a visiting Chiropractor at the Jambiani Wellness Centre.
A Message from Dr. Neufeld:
I am very pleased and excited to once again be practicing Chiropractic in my hometown of Vancouver and to be joining a wonderful health care team at Yaletown Chiropractic.
Whenever someone asks me about Chiropractic, I feel a sense of passion and deep gratitude about my chosen profession, being entrusted to work with the energy source of the body, the central nervous system that is housed in the spine. While most patients present with lower back pain, headaches and other common back-related problems, the treatment of these conditions often regulate or effect other important health concerns, since every organ and tissue receives its nerve supply from the spine.
